Plans, organizes, trains, and directs all Recovery Partner Program activities to meet the goals for Solvita and Recovery Partners. Responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships while enforcing Solvita policies and procedures to optimize tissue graft yields.  Mentors, motivates, and develops contracted Recovery Partner teams to ensure Solvita and Recovery Partner needs are met.  Develop and implement departmental strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for the Recovery Partner Services Program.
