The Branch Manager:
Oversee daily recovery operations by providing direction and support to the tissue branches.
Assists in hiring, onboarding, training and developing staff within the branches. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the team.
Develops, implements and manages all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure uniformity and quality of operations.
Ensures facility is maintained according to applicable standards.
Assists Director in budget development, monitoring expenditures and optimizing resource allocation to meet financial objectives.
Establishes performance goals and standards for the branches.
Functions as Director of Tissue Services’ designee for regulatory documentation.
Work with the Director to develop and execute departmental strategies and initiatives. Align team objectives with the organization’s vision and goals.
Track and analyze performance metrics, reporting on branch progress to the Director. Identify areas for improvement and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
Organize and participate in community outreach programs to promote tissue donation. Support public relations efforts to enhance Solvita’s image in the community.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tissue banking/tissue recovery or equivalent management experience.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable by Solvita insurance provider.
Overnight travel may be required.
