Summary: The Manager of Tissue Services is responsible for day-to-day management of the Tissue Services leadership and department. The incumbent must possess industry experience and be able to collaborate throughout the organization to maximize donation. The Manager of Tissue Services must be able to lead a 24/7 operational team in multiple locations throughout the service area and be on-call. The Manager of Tissue Services must possess strong leadership skills and business acumen along with being an expert in industry standards. The incumbent should also possess skills to be able to grow the tissue program with experience in quality improvement.
