General Job Summary: Under the general direction of the VP & Chief Clinical Officer, the Director, Tissue Recovery leads and guides the Tissue Recovery staff and Tissue Program staff towards accomplishing the organization’s mission and goals by providing oversight of daily tissue recovery operations. The Director, Tissue Recovery serves as the clinical expert for donor suitability, tissue recovery, processor criteria, medical examiner/funeral home relationships, supply needs, quality metrics, and tissue training for the organization.
