Director, Technical Operations (Donor Records Eligibility Management)
The Director, Technical Operations Directs the donor eligibility donor chart review process and the collation, maintenance, and archival of all MTF donor records and information and assuring a smooth workflow and productive work environment. Duties include monitoring of key performance indicators to assure workgroup goals are achieved and there are sufficient donors to meet the planning and processing needs of MTF.
