General Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Director, Donor Services and Clinical Manager, Donor Services - Tissue, or appropriate designee, the Supervisor, DSC - Tissue, guides the Tissue Donation Coordinators team towards accomplishing Infinite Legacy’s mission and goals by providing daily oversight of the communication center’s operations and related tissue activities. Serves as the clinical expert for donor suitability, processor criteria/training, and tissue screening/allocation for the organization.  This position requires working a schedule based on business and shift needs.
