How You Contribute to Pinnacle Transplant’s Success
The Director of Donor Services is responsible for assisting the VP of Donor Services with overseeing, servicing, cultivating, and growing existing recovery group relationships as well as developing new relationships throughout the community, ensuring multiple mutual partnerships and successful donor experiences. Acting as a point of contact for all designated groups/clients, the Director of Donor Services interacts with all departments as needed within Pinnacle Transplant Technologies to ensure that client expectations are met, and satisfaction levels are maintained. The Director of Donor Services strives for continuous improvement with these strategic relationships as well as improvement in recovery techniques.

What You Will Do
Responsible for assisting directional oversight of the Donor Services department, including alignment with the organization’s objectives and vision.
Achieves high level of client/ donor retention and client/donor satisfaction.
Accomplishes exceptional client services providing additional solutions and services to new and existing clients as needed.
Proactively builds “partnership” style relationships focusing on integration at all levels.
Conducts ongoing needs analysis to determine appropriate services to meet client and business requirements and expectations.
Strives to keep client apprised of new product functionality that may be relevant to the client.
Fosters client loyalty through Pinnacle Transplant Technologies standard recovery group interaction protocols and proactive client retention initiatives including client meetings, continual communications, quarterly partnership meetings, etc.
Understands, interprets, and may negotiate Pinnacle Transplant Technologies contracts and any client exceptions to Pinnacle Transplant Technologies standards with respect to pricing, plan management or service level commitments.
Improve recovery agency performance as required, including liaising with recovery agency in relation to Supplier Corrective Action Requests.
Manages data and metrics on recovery agency performance and providing feedback to recovery agencies on their performance on a periodic basis.
Ensure recovery agencies have needed supplies to perform recoveries.
Implement applicable procedures in the areas of Donor Services to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and internal processes.
Train recovery agencies on techniques or procedures as needed.
Assists with donor recovery call program ensuring effectiveness.
Identify improvements and cost savings related to recovery operations and implement them.
Develops a growth strategy focused both on business expansion and customer satisfaction; conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
Complete required training and re-training in equipment operation and work and safety procedures no less than once each year.
Other duties as assigned by VP of Donor Services that may include on call responsibilities, assisting with data projects or charting information, researching and providing final disposition of released tissue as requested by recovery partners, and revising SOPs.
What Qualifications You Will Bring
S in Business or related area is preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Relationship Management, Client Services, or Sales role, preferably working in the donor recovery industry
