Stability Biologics, an AATB accredited tissue bank in San Antonio, TX, is searching for a Director of Manufacturing (DM).

The position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of manufacturing HCT/P products and directing a team of 30 Manufacturing/CSS staff.  The DM ensures that all donor processing is accomplished according to established production plans, the highest quality allografts are processed, and ensures that the production facility is clean, orderly, in good working order, all materials and supplies are properly maintained and all equipment is adequately maintained. The DM shall optimize current processes, help in the development of new processes and be responsible for the overall coordination and evaluation of all manufacturing activities to ensure compliance to all SOP’s and regulatory requirements. 

The applicant must have at least 8 years processing experience in traditional/conventional MS allografts (e.g. DBM, cancellous blocks, cortical fibers, etc) and at least 3 years as a manager.  Must have expert knowledge of processing, equipment operation, and AATB/FDA compliance.
