Job Summary:  Manager of Donor Services Center (MDSC) is responsible for around the clock operations of the organization’s Donor Services Center.  Responsible for maintaining adequate staffing levels to appropriately handle all Donor Services Center operations.  Maintain a working knowledge of all policies, procedures and protocols and provide ongoing training.  Responsible for providing and maintaining professional, appropriate and timely communications within the donor referral network.  Provide organizational administrative support relating to the accurate initial documentation of referral and donor information.
