We are looking for an outstanding individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join our Communication Services team as a Donation Coordinator. The preferred candidate would have a strong medical background with the ability to effectively communicate.
This position spends most of their time receiving potential referrals and offering tissue donation to donor families. The remaining time is spent completing proper documentation and coordinating the recovery process.
This position requires a rotating on-call schedule of 12-hour shifts.

Remote work available in Florida, Nebraska, Missouri, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Experience working at an Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) performing similar job responsibilities as described above is a plus.
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in health sciences or nursing.
Certified Tissue Banking Specialist Certification is preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.
