The Donor Services Recovery Trainer performs new and on-going training, recovery feedback, and recovery agency assessments. The Donor Services Recovery Trainer develops and prepares reports and provides observations back to AlloSource management. The Donor Services Recover Trainer promotes and enhances relationships between AlloSource and the recover agency partners through on-site visits, feedback and training.
Pay: $68,828 - $94,715/yr based on relevant years of experience.
Bonus: 10% target Bonus Program based on individual and company metrics.
Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Bachelor’s or 7 years’ experience
Certified Tissue Bank Specialist
4 years tissue recovery experience
1 year of training experience
1 year of donor screening experience
Analytical skills to identify data trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong interpersonal skills to assist and communicate with various individuals
Experience in recovery of en-bloc musculoskeletal tissue
Experience in recovery of split-thickness skin utilizing a dermatome or amalgatome
Recovery experience within the past 12 months
Telecommuting is allowed.
