| The Donor Services Recovery Trainer performs new and on-going training, recovery feedback, and recovery agency assessments. The Donor Services Recovery Trainer develops and prepares reports and provides observations back to AlloSource management. The Donor Services Recover Trainer promotes and enhances relationships between AlloSource and the recover agency partners through on-site visits, feedback and training. Pay: $68,828 - $94,715/yr based on relevant years of experience. Bonus: 10% target Bonus Program based on individual and company metrics.
