Responsibilities include leading our organ and tissue donation process from the initial referral to approaching families for tissue donation, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements, and continually striving for organizational effectiveness.

Manages the daily operations of our Communication Services Department.
Ensures communication procedures meet highest FDA, AATB and Live On Nebraska standards.
Establish and maintain business appropriate relationships to help increase donations.
Provides appropriate recommendations and implements change to maximize donation and organizational effectiveness.
Actively engaging in quality assurance and continuous performance improvement activities.
Participates in the administrator on-call schedule/rotation.
A bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
3 years of supervisor experience is required
Certified Tissue Bank Specialist is required
5 years of donation communication experience is highly preferred
