Voice of RTI with OPO's, AATB and other key industry stakeholders
Develop and maintain executive level relationships across OPOs
Secure sustainability of tissue supply for annual operation plans (MS, Dermis and other soft tissue)
Represent RTI and RTIDS at key conferences, OPO forums ,Ad boards
Financials and operating metrics:
Responsible for annual budget inputs for payroll, discretionary spend and setting volume and fee assumptions for agencies, working in close collaboration with finance.
Achieve operating targets for RTI Donor Services
Integrated monthly S&OP
Work in close collaboration with Operations, Donor QA, R&D and Finance to ensure alignment of delivery, forecasting/sourcing targets to support business needs.
Manage RTI Donor Services relationship managers with OPO's
Manage RTI Donor Services Support
Desired Background and Experience:
Results oriented business leader (able to engage at C-suite level)
Negotiation skills critical, influencing stills, communication skills
Problem soling capabilities
Understanding of OPO landscape: OPO players, process recovery, QA piece of chart release, some medical background, microbiology a plus
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred or 10+ years relevant work experience with OPOs.
