Job Brief: Reporting to Executive Management, the Sr. Operations Manager is responsible for all Operational activity including facility management, the manufacture of transplantable products derived from human cells or tissues, and distribution of human cells, tissues, and cellular and tissue-based products (HCT/Ps). Sr. Mgrs, Directors and VP's are responsible for ensuring the company meets demand for high quality products by analyzing business metrics and identifying areas for cost reductions and efficiency improvements. The Sr. Operations Manager works with Executive Management to develop and execute strategies for meeting business goals and with Operations Management to plan and meet those goals.
Oversee Lab production, processes, employees and distribution.
Perform weekly, monthly, and annual capacity planning by managing staffing needs, resources, and donor forecasting.
Upholding quality through management of DCR, policy review, and short/long term project troubleshooting.
Work with the Quality group to ensure all documentation needs are being met.
Work with Donor Services to coordinate tissue needs with capacity and availability.
Work with Product Development to assist in technology transfer of new products to a regulated manufacturing environment.
Maintaining interdepartmental correspondence and relations.
Maintaining product supply/demand through budget and productivity planning.
Perform database management and facility management.
Perform all duties of an Operations Manager or Supervisor when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by Stimlabs management.

Bachelor of Science preferred.
Experience with cGDP, cGTP, and/or cGMP.
Experience working in an AATB and/or FDA regulated facility.
5 – 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Biotechnology, Tissue Processing, or Aseptic Processing.
Minimum 5-years of supervisory experience leading, directing, and being responsible for the work of others.
Experience with process design, writing procedures, and deviation investigation and corrective action.
Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., stand or sit for up to 2 consecutive hours, and don aseptic attire and Personal Protective Equipment.
Advanced computer skills including MS Office products.
