Community Tissue Services (CTS) is a not-for-profit tissue bank founded and headquartered in Dayton OH. We proudly serve the public through recovery, processing and distribution of human tissue grafts used for transplantation in life-saving and life-enhancing procedures. CTS is currently one of the largest US tissue banks, distributing nearly 10% of the tissue grafts in the United States. We are the largest nonprofit provider of skin grafts to surgeons for severe burn patients.
We are unique and daily save and enhance lives through our products. Your manufacturing team will be responsible for all phases of the creation and packaging of tissue grafts for transplantation. Your team will prepare donated human tissue for surgical implantation utilizing special techniques, instrumentation, machinery and equipment.
The Processing Manager ensures the governing of the daily operations of the department and conducts all processes in accordance with current cGMPs and SOPs. This position requires operations & production experience, leadership, decision-making, ability to develop staff, build teams, and inspire & motivate others to high performance.
