PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical and administrative management to full-time and per diem tissue recovery personnel.
Recruitment of personnel, performance reviews, time and attendance reporting, injury reports, disciplinary actions, on the job training, and for ensuring all tissue training files are complete, accurate and meet federal guidelines.
Analyze and prepare monthly procurement reports and tissue activity performance measures of all regional recovery locations.
Provide regular on-call coverage for the recovery schedule as well as participating in a schedule of on-call coverage to set up cases.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate for this position will possess the following skills and abilities:
Experience: Minimum three years experience in a Tissue Organ procurement organization. Significant knowledge of all aspects of the surgical recovery of tissue including donor screening criteria, physical assessment, tissue recovery, and regulatory requirements. Prior Supervisory experience.
Education: Required: Degree in biologic sciences or an equivalent degree/diploma/certification in an allied health field. Minimum of 3 years of experience may substitute for educational requirement.
AATB Certification Preferred EBAA Certification Preferred Valid California Driver License and must meet DONOR NETWORK WEST insurance prerequisites.
